- Reason #1 – You no longer want the item(s) you purchased. In this case, we accept claims for returns within thirty (30) calendar days of the purchase date, subject to the return eligibility criteria (see below).
- Reason #2 – Item(s) you ordered are missing, damaged, defective, incorrect, or of the wrong quantity. In this case, return claims must be received within five (5) business days of receipt of order.
Return Shipping Liability
In the case of Reason #1 above, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless you use our self-initiated Returns Portal.
In the case of Reason #2 above, MEDICAL MONKS will pay for the cost of return shipping via a pre-paid shipping label. You must initiate your return by contacting our Customer Service team, see below for instructions.
Return Initiation Process
To initiate a return through our Customer Service team, please call 844-859-9400 and speak to a MEDICAL MONKS Customer Care Associate who will help you process your return. You can also use our LiveChat service. We will ask for your name, order number, and reason for return.
If your items are eligible for return, within 1-2 business days, MEDICAL MONKS will send you the following via regular mail or email:
- Return Authorization Document – Contains your return instructions and authorization information.
- Return Shipping Label – Only in the case of reason #2 mentioned above, we will send you a pre-paid FedEx/USPS return shipping label
