*Certain deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may require an additional shipping charge depending on size and weight. In these cases we will make every effort to contact and notify customers about their shipping situation. You may call in advance to check if an additional charge will apply to your order: 844-859-9400.
^Deliveries to PO Boxes & Puerto Rico only ship via the US Postal Service. This can add an additional 1-2 business days to the delivery. Customers selecting Expedited Shipping will receive a notification from us.
Time to Ship
Most items for sale on our website are in stock. Each item’s product page will indicate its availability as follows:
- For in-stock items, orders placed BEFORE 3pm EST will leave our warehouse the SAME business day.
- For in-stock items, orders placed AFTER 3pm EST will leave our warehouse the NEXT business day.
- Items that say “Generally not in stock. Allow us 4-7 business days to receive before shipping. Call for more details” may or may not be in stock.
To estimate total order fulfillment time when a product is not in stock, see these examples:
Expedited:
4-7 business days + 2-3 business day ship = 6-10 business days from purchase
Standard:
4-7 business days + 3-5 business day ship = 7-12 business days from purchase
Economy:
4-7 business days + 5-7 business day ship = 9-14 business days from purchase

NOTE: It’s important to note that these estimates are from the time the shipment goes out. As a service to our customers, at no additional charge, if you’ve ordered multiple items we may elect to split your order into multiple shipments arriving on different days.
Our “Monks” work hard during the week to bring you the best customer experience possible. On the weekend, we pause our shipping and support availability to give them time to relax and enjoy their friends and family. Therefore:
- Any orders placed after 3pm EST on FRIDAY will be processed the following MONDAY
- Any orders placed on SATURDAY or SUNDAY will be processed the following MONDAY
We understand this may impact our ability to serve customers. We are happy to reasonably accommodate any customer who may be affected by this.
Expedited Shipping Services
Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Day Delivery)
Medical Monks asks our customers to carefully read these services and conditions prior to selecting Expedited Shipping at checkout.
1. Enhanced Delivery Service & Support: Expedited Shipping orders receive priority service from the Medical Monks staff.
- Faster turnaround from order receipt to shipment
- Delivery within the stated timeframe is guaranteed or your shipping cost will be refunded in full. Exceptions apply, see Rules and Exceptions below.
- Later order cutoff time. Any in-stock item(s) ordered before 4PM EST will ship the same day.
- Immediate email notification in the event we cannot deliver your order in full within the delivery window.
2. Shipping Services We Use: Depending on the package type and delivery location, Medical Monks may use FedEx or UPS, both Ground and Air services.
- 1 or 2-Day “Green” States: Most packages ship via FedEx or UPS Ground. Some ship via 2-Day Air.
- 3-Day “Yellow” States: Orders that fit into packaging up to 1,100 cubic inches will ship 2-Day Air. Packages greater than 1,100 cubic inches will ship via FedEx Ground.
- 4-Day “Orange” States: All packages are sent via 2 or 3-Day Air. For packages greater than 2,200 cubic inches, we may require an additional fee to ship, see Rules and Exceptions below.
3. Rules and Exceptions for Medical Monks Expedited Shipping
- Expedited Shipping Services are only available to the 50 United States.
- Orders that contain bulky or out-of-stock items may be ineligible for Expedited shipping. In these cases the Expedited option will be hidden at checkout.
- Deliveries to PO boxes must ship via USPS and may take up to 5 business days to deliver. If a delivery to a PO Box takes longer than 3 business days, Medical Monks will refund the customer the difference between our Expedited and Standard shipping fees upon request.
- Certain products we sell (usually flammable liquids) are unable to ship via Air. This may impact our ability to deliver those products for Expedited delivery to certain parts of the country. Expedited Shipping will not be available when one of these products is on the order.
- Medical Monks reserves the right to cancel and fully refund any order due to shipping costs. For large, bulky orders that are costly to ship, we will make every attempt to work with the customer to find a viable solution. This may involve the customer accepting a slower delivery method ay a reduced shipping fee, or Expedited Delivery for an additional fee.
Medical Monks is able to ship orders for Overnight Delivery upon request. To request Overnight Delivery, please call us at 844-859-9400. We will quote you the overnight fee and place your order over the phone. Overnight charges will depend on the package weight and delivery location. Total shipping charges generally fall between $40.95-$65.95 for standard overnight delivery services.
*Medical Monks cannot guarantee the shipping delivery times expressed above. Expedited and Overnight shipping times may be longer due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once an order has shipped, we will send you an email that includes the tracking number and a link to the carrier website.
You can also track your order in your Order History. Log into your My Account using your email address and password, then click your order number in Order History. The tracking number will appear under the Status & Tracking column. The link there will take you to the tracking information for your order.
Lost Packages
1. After an extraordinary amount of time, the carrier’s shipment tracking indicates the package is still in transit and not yet delivered.
Medical Monks Will: Open a lost package investigation with the carrier. In the event the investigation does not result in the lost package being found, we will offer a fair compromise up to a full refund or reshipment. We reserve the right to deny a full refund or a full reshipment in this scenario as well.
3. The carrier’s shipment tracking indicates the package was DELIVERED, but 7 days after the carrier-indicated delivery date, the customer contacts us to indicate it was not.
Incorrect Address Provided: In the event that a package is lost as a result of the order’s Shipping Address being incorrect, we will do our best to help locate the package, but reserve the right to deny a full refund or a full reshipment. Examples include, but are not limited to: incorrect house number, Zip Code, street name, State, and missing or incorrect apartment number.
