New Image Two-Piece Urostomy Kit with FormaFlex Barrier

Ostomy kits contain key items needed for one pouch change, including pouch, skin barrier, stoma measuring card, and instructions for use. This one-piece urostomy pouching system has a tap at the bottom, which allows it to be connected to a bedside collector with the use of an adapter. The FormaFlex barrier is a skin barrier with a specialized formulation that is designed to be stretched and shaped by hand without the use of scissors.
