SILVERCEL* NON-ADHERENT is a silver antimicrobial dressing with unique features. Its antimicrobial strength and proven sustained release of silver provide maximum exudate management while promoting healing and defending against infection. The EASYLIFT* non-adherent layer maximizes protection of the wound bed, particularly at dressing change. This allows for pain-free and residue-free removal.
This product is part of Solventum’s (Formerly 3M) comprehensive plan for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers (DFU) and venous leg ulcers (VLU). Biofilm, present in greater than 70% of chronic wounds, causes persistent inflammation and poor wound healing. Wound bed preparation, including the management of biofilm, is an essential element in treating these often-stubborn conditions.
