DERMAGRAN B is a hydrophilic gauze dressing containing zinc along with other minerals and vitamins. Designed to help chronic and acute wounds heal, DERMAGRAN B can be applied as a primary dressing or as a filler. Square and rectangular shapes accommodate multiple wound sizes and configurations.

DERMAGRAN B dressings assist with creating a moist, pH-balanced wound healing environment. Impregnated with vitamins and minerals, DERMAGRAN B dressings:
- Use a zinc-fortified formula that creates a mildly acidic environment to help the wound heal.
- Aid the healing process through a combination of vitamins A and B6 as well as calcium and magnesium.
- Create a pH-balanced environment while absorbing wound exudate.
- Are available in three sizes (2” x 2”, 4” x 4” and 4” x 8” inches) for multiple wound types and applications.
- Are packaged for sterile application.
