In vitro testing on contaminated hard dry surfaces showed as much as 99% protection from pathogens such as MRSA, CRE, VRE and C. difficile when compared to unpackaged rolls of tape.³ Individual roll packaging helps minimize exposure of the tape to environmental contaminants from surfaces and hands. Practice good infection prevention technique per facility protocols and published guidelines, including environmental cleaning and proper hand hygiene before and after opening package.
